About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Global Paper Cup website and the quotes and information we provide. By requesting a quote you accept them. They do not replace a signed sales contract, which governs any confirmed order.
Quotes & orders
Prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ) and lead times shown or quoted are indicative and depend on your final specification, quantity, printing coverage and Incoterms. A quote becomes binding only once both parties confirm it in writing (proforma invoice or sales contract) and any agreed deposit is received.
Product specifications
Cup dimensions, capacities and materials are described as accurately as possible. Minor manufacturing tolerances are normal for paper products. For custom print, the approved physical proof is the reference standard for colour and layout — screen previews are indicative only.
Artwork & intellectual property
You retain all rights to the logos and artwork you supply and confirm you are authorised to use them. Website content, product photography and text belong to Global Paper Cup and may not be copied without permission.
Shipping & risk
We ship on the agreed Incoterms (for example EXW, FOB Istanbul or CIF destination port). Risk and responsibility transfer according to those terms. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, ports and customs beyond our control.
Compliance
Our cups are produced to food-contact standards recognised across the GCC. The importer is responsible for local registration and clearance (for example SABER, ECAS/G-Mark, KUCAS); we provide the supporting technical documentation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
